Google Play Store Overview

Google Play Store also known as Google Play used by its users as a digital distribution service. 
It is not only a store for Apps and Games but also provides digital media like movies, television Program, and Books digital. In this post, we will examine the Landing Page of Google Play.

Let's Start our Examination from its main lending page.  When you launch Google Play on your Android Phone you will see below landing page

Let's discuss features available on the landing page of Google Play.  Google Play landing page provides the following features.

1. Search Bar for Text and Voice
2. Logo of Your Id
3. Tabs i.e. For you, Top Chart, Kids, Categories, and Editors' Choice
4. Games and Apps
Let's try to examine the above features of Google Play one by One;

1.  Search Bar

This Image showed a Text Search Bar and a Microphone sign for voice search.  You can search any APP or Game by typing your desired text in the text search box.  If you want to search by Voice you have to tap on the Microphone button as shown in the above image and speak the desired word.  You can see your ID logo too at the right side of the Search Bar. 

2. Logo of Your Id

This is also a very useful feature for those who use two or more accounts on their devices.  This feature gives prompt information about the signed accounts in Google Play.

3. Tabs

The third important feature of Google Play is Tabs.  Google Play bifurcates all Applications and Games under these Tabs to facilitate its users because a simple user interface is the primary goal of Google Play.  Users can easily choose the relevant Tab to search for required Applications or Games.  At Present there are following available Tabs are present on the Google Play Landing Page.

i. For You

ii. Top charts

iii. Kids

iv. Categories

v. Editors' Choice

Besides these Tabs Google Play also provides different filter is different Tabs to make a better user experience. For better understanding you can tap on the Top charts Tab there will be a two-button that works as a filter to facilitate its users. You can see this in the below images. When you Tap on ToP charts there will be this Page.

You can see two buttons below the "Top Charts" Tab which can be used as a filter if you search for any application or game. You can see a little arrow on the left side of each button that depicts that there is some option. When you tap on the "Top-free" button there will be some options as shown in the below image.

You can choose your desired option to make your search experience efficient and effective.  Similarly, when you tap on the second filter button "Categories" there will be the following option as shown in the below image which provides you assistance to get quick desired results.

4. Games and Apps

At the bottom of the landing page, there are two options Games and Apps that allow its users to get unique results.  You can see both options in the below image.
