PITB Stop manual Payment procedure for new Domicile

PITB introduced a new Payment Method for New Domicile.

The Punjab Information Technology Board, Government of Punjab has issued a notification reference no. PITB/Admin 0213 Dated 11-01-2023 to all the Deputy Commissioners of the Government of Punjab regarding the integration of the e-Pay Punjab app with the Domicile Management System App in connection with online payment of Domicile fee. 

 

Before the introduction of said integration facility, all applicants have to deposit the Domicile fee manually in the National Bank of Pakistan through the Challan-32A form.  The PITB issued the said letter to inform the concerned stakeholders that the manual payment method is stopped instantly as the PITB has completed the work of integrating of e-pay Punjab mobile application with the Domicile Management System App.  Now the applicants can easily pay the domicile fee amounting to Rs.300/- with the help of the e-pay Punjab mobile application. Integration of e-pay Punjab and Domicile Management System.

The PITB has informed us that both Applications have been integrated successfully. 

Purpose of integration:-

The Punjab information technology Board has integrated both apps to facilitate the Public at large.  Now anyone can pay a Domicile fee of PKR 300/- with the help of e-pay Punjab.

The facility provided by integration:-

The said integration will help all applicants who applied to get a new Domicile, to pay Domicile prescribed fee through an online medium i.e. e-pay Punjab.

Domicile Fee.

This letter also provides information that the fee for a new Domicile is PKR. 300/-.

Implementation of Services:-

This service of online payment will be started on the 16th of January, 2023.

Stoppage of Manual Payment System.

The PITB also informed in the said letter that all requests regarding issuance of new Domicile with manual payments (Challan-32A) shall not be entertained from January 16, 2023, onwards.
